Assessments for 2024 is $250. Payments are due by 2024 and can be mailed to Chuck Bowman (8811 52nd Street Ct W, UP, WA 98467), Treasurer. Assessments not paid by the annual meeting will be considered delinquent and will be subject to further action. See the "Board of Directors" page for the current assessment letter and budget.
