A five member Board of Trustees manages the affairs of Wescliffe. They are elected at the annual meeting and their term of office is one year. The responsibilities of the Board of Trustees are defined by the Association's governing documents, the Covenants that are attached to your title, the by-laws that define the authority of the officers, and committees and the current policies for the members to follow. This Website contains the current policies, by-laws and covenants as well as other information that will help you know your neighbors and current officers and committees.
